Pursuant to Decision No. 4051/QD – UB dated October 28, 2005 of the People’s Committee of Quang Ninh Province, Quan Minh Co., Ltd. has established a project to plant industrial raw material forests in Quan Lan island commune – Van Don island district with an area 502.3ha, of which the project scale to build a seed nursery is 1000m2, the new planting area of the project is 398.2 ha and the land is allocated for 50 years. The goal of the project is to effectively use the allocated land potential, create economic resources and “green the barren hills”, contributing benefits to the community.
